Opera Camp 2002
Production Apprentice Program
This is the second year of the Production Apprentice Program, which is a four-week program that runs simultaneously with Opera Camp. The Production Apprentice is unique in that many of the apprentices have been working with us all year, helping with other events and productions and will continue to do so in the 2002-2003 season. The program is staffed by technical theater professionals and is a pre-Bachelor of Fine Arts program for young people, ages 13-18, who are interested in careers in technical theater. Acceptance is through recommendation and interview only. Apprenticeships are offered in all major areas of production and all apprentices are accepted on a scholarship basis.
